Sen. Rubio's increasingly partisan political agenda disappoints
The following editorial appeared in the Miami Herald on Monday, Dec. 23:
It was disappointing to see Sen. Marco Rubio among the 36-member minority as the Senate approved a budget deal that could avert another government shutdown.
