Obama immigration reform could benefit undocumented immigrants facing deportation
Congress passes a legalization program for undocumented immigrants, will it help people who were ordered deported, but who are still here? An immigration judge ordered me deported. I am here under Immigration and Customs Enforcement supervision meaning that ICE isn't planning to deport me.
