Immigration issue needs a solution, not a victory
If there was any doubt about how counterproductive the debate over illegal immigration has become, it was swept away by the reaction to the Supreme Court's recent decision on the constitutionality of Arizona's Senate Bill 1070. In one speech after another, supporters and opponents of SB 1070 insisted that their side had won and that the other had lost.
