Another View: Immigration decline is chance for reform
If the president and Congress are ever going to tackle immigration reform, this is the time to do it.
President Barack Obama has been promising comprehensive immigration reform since his campaign in 2008. So has U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada. Politics has always gotten in the way, however.
